Feature request: predefined preprocessor defines to identify platform

It would be great if some predefined defines were available to identify the platform yasm is running on.
It would help dealing with platform specific issues like calling convention without involving external build systems.
My immediate concern if defining C extern methods that are callable no matter if the operating system / object file format expects a leading underscore or not for function names.
