win64 EH Issue

Test case:
SEH try / except(1) block in main.cpp calling testasm() in assemblber.asm which sets up proc frame as per documentation, modifies RSP and performs null deref.
Expected behavior:
Perform unwind based on UNWIND_INFO and hit __except(1) handler.
Erroneous/Seen behavior:
OS handler called.
