YASM doesn't support AMD Excavator MONITORX/MWAITX instructions

Reported by Paul Blinzer | February 23rd, 2016 @ 04:54 AM

From AMD's x86 Excavator cores onward (implemented in AMD's Carrizo A10-8xxx APU)AMD introduced a new set of instruction opcodes, MONITORX and MWAITX http://support.amd.com/TechDocs/24594.pdf

The instructions are similar to MONITOR/MWAIT in general function but can be used safely at application and kernel level and do not block the thread indefinitely (unlike MWAIT).

These instructions utilize the CPU's snoop logic to detect a memory change in a power-efficient and low-latency way and also support a timeout value for the wait. The instruction is usable at all execution levels and useful for efficient thread synchronization across CPU cores or between CPU and GPU or other devices.

Support for these instructions should be added.
