Yasm code segfaults, where nasm code works fine ?

Hi, I'm one of the developers of PearPC, the PowerPC emulator. Our jitc-code makes heavy use
of nasm-syntax assembler and since I want to port to AMD64 I've chosen yasm for it's known
to be "almost" compatible with nasm.

Our assembler code just compiles fine with yasm. I only had to change around 10-15 times
of "push 8" to "push byte 8". Small syntax changes..

Problem is that everything links with our c-sources but my program presents a nice
segfault as soon as it starts running the assembler parts. It segfaults on a line like
"and cx, 0xfffff000" and that's not really something that should segfault at all.

There's hardly any documentation that can be found about how compatible yasm actually is
with nasm code so I disassembled nasm-build and yasm-build code and compared it. I cannot
make out any big difference at all so I'm stuck here.

I know that this ticket is not really a good bug report but I cannot find any
other way to ask for help with this subject.
